16 Breathtaking locations for your Prenup / Predebut

Being a Tagaytay based photographer definitely has its awesome perks. Not only is Tagaytay filled with breathtaking places, but it’s also the perfect get-away from the busy streets of the city.

Since photoshoot season is almost upon us, I just want to quickly share my top 16 breathtaking locations for your upcoming prenup. I’ve also included the fees but please feel free to update me should there be any changes.

16. Casa de Corazon Events Place – Tagaytay

“The Venue with the Perfect View”

Casa de Corazon is located just before Mendez Junction. It is owned by L&J Catering and recently opened just late last year. Apart from the perfect view that this venue has to offer, I love how gorgeous the sunset is. The white facade of the place perfectly accentuates the beauty of the place. Classy, elegant and minimalist.

15. Bali Village Hotel Resort and Spa

Bali Village Hotel is not just a sanctuary for those who just want to have a relaxing weekend from the city, but it has now opened it’s doors as one of the prime locations in Tagaytay. With the new renovations that they did and the expansion that they embraced just last year, more and more brides and debutants now opt to hold not just their portrait sessions but also their events. I must say, they have the most courteous staff that I ever dealt with plus they are perfect for the budget conscious like me – just ask my previous couple, Richard and Resel!

14. Palazzo Verde

Previously known as Fernbrook, it would be the first thing that you will notice when you pass MCX or if you’re from Daang Hari / Daang Reyna. It’s definitely one of the most sought after events place in the South and a perfect location for Victorian inspired pegs and celebrations. My jaw literally dropped when I first came here because you’ll definitely feel like royalty… but word from the wise, bring portable fans and mosquito repellant! They will be your best-est friend!

13. Mahogany Place Tagaytay

High ceilings, huge windows and lush greens… this is what Mahogany Place Tagaytay has to offer. The place is already gorgeous by itself so all you need to do is to have fun and enjoy your shoot just like what Sabrina did!

FEE: P10,000.00

12. The Hills At Silang

The Hills At Silang for me is a hidden gem at the heart of Silang. It’s an underrated venue which makes it one of the best spot to held a photoshoot in Silang as not a lot of people comes here. It’s very serene and I love their themed houses. Just look at Michael and Mariette’s essesion! Perfect for very private couples who prefers intimate sessions!

11. Gourmet Farms Tagaytay

What comes to your mind when you hear the word, “Gourmet Farms?” For me it’ll always be that little store at Aguinaldo road near Rogations College… so imagine my surprise when we went here for Rommel and Guada’s prenup shoot and ended with a collection that we all loved.

Yes, you heard it right. Gourmet Farms Tagaytay is not just a small store but hectares and hectares of organic farms. It’s the perfect spot if you want to do a rustic / farm style shoot. And what’s even more awesome about this place is that it even has their own chapel! How awesome is that!

10. The Forest Barn

And while we’re at it, here’s another place that would be perfect for your rustic themed shoots… The Forest Barn. The Forest Barn is situated in Alfonso, Cavite which is just a couple of minutes from Tagaytay and Nasugbu. What I love about it is the rustic ambience of the tall trees accentuated by the barn that they built which also acts as the venue for weddings and events. Another thing to love about Forest Barn is that if you decide to hold your marriage or event here, a tree will bear your name as a reminder. Such a great thank you gift for the couples.

8. Crosswinds Swiss Luxury Resort

I must say this is another hidden gem in Tagaytay. Crosswinds Tagaytay is previously a very exclusive subdivision but in the advent of the booming wedding industry in Tagaytay, they have now opened their gates for those who are interested to do a photoshoot. It’s a place that is so dear to me as we also held my baby Air’s pre-birthday shoot!

7. Enchanted Kingdom

Whenever we hear Enchanted Kingdom, the first words that comes to mind is that “it’s a magical place” and indeed it is. If you’re looking for a place to rekindle the kid in you, this is the best place to relive those moments!

6. Realship Yacht Charter and Rentals

If you’re more on the adventurous side and you feel like usual shoots are just plain and boring, do a different take through a yacht photo shoot. What I love with the boats from Realship Yachts is that they are well maintained, looking all shiny and sparkly which is soo picturesque. But if you plan to do a shoot like this, ensure that you have no sea sickness. The waves can be really treacherous. I love the waters, but this shoot is definitely one that I won’t forget! Oh well, ship happens!

5. Club Ananda / Sandari Batulao

Another hidden gem in the South, Club Ananda / Sandari Batulao offer not just a breath-taking view of Mt. Batulao but also a great architectural piece. They also offer a model house which is perfect for an indoor setting if you want to do a laid back style. If you’re looking for inspirations, here’s Gino and Xelene’s take.

4. Meteora Tagaytay

Want a Santorini inspired shoot without breaking the bank? Then Meteora Tagaytay is the perfect spot for you! The view is just oh-so-majestic and the place is just gorgeous! Just take a look at our predebut shoot in Meteora Tagaytay with Ella. It’s raining soooo hard that time but you won’t see a hint!

3. Two Gardens Tagaytay

Two Gardens Tagaytay is the first thing that comes into my mind when someone asks for a garden location! The place is heavenly! It was actually built as a rest house in Tagaytay and they eventually opened to accepting events and photoshoots. The grand staircase is definitely to die for! If you want some rustic Italian themed place, this is where you should head to! Plus, they serve yummy sandwiches!

FEE: P8,000.00

2. Stilts Calatagan Beach Resort

If Two Gardens is my go-to place for garden / enchanted forest themed shoots, Stilts Calatagan Beach Resort is my automated answer if a bride is opting to a beach style prenup photoshoot. It’s a gorgeous haven for beach lovers with their white sand and blue waters and most importantly, their sandbars are just everything that you’d hope for!

FEE: P2,000.00 + entrance fee for excess people

1. Home

And last but not the least, at the comforts of your own home. I strongly believe that the best place to be will always in the arms of your loved ones. Sometimes we are so caught up with going with the latest trends and gimmicks that we forget what is really important, and that is YOU as a COUPLE. As long as you’re together and sharing your love with it each other, the fun will eventually follow, just look at GC and Rafa’s session in the comforts of their own home.

I hope I had helped you find your perfect spot for your engagement session. Just always remember to relax, have fun and savour the moment! Let me know what you decide by leaving a comment! 🙂
